When Shinji heard the first half of Yakumo's sentence, she looked as if she'd expected as much. She hadn't held out much hope when she asked; she was already used to disappointment.
But when she heard the second half, she froze. "Y-you have a way to help me?"
Shinji nodded slightly. "Yeah, though it'll be a bit troublesome!"
Yakumo quickly picked up on the meaning behind his words and was overjoyed. "Really? You can actually help me?"
Shinji switched to Red Eye X-ray vision and examined Yakumo's body again. "Because of a congenital deficiency, your organs and meridians didn't develop fully. That's the main reason you're so frail and often sick."
Yakumo nodded repeatedly.
Shinji continued, "If we're talking about ordinary treatment, even Princess Tsunade of Konoha would probably be at a loss for the time being."
Medical ninjutsu was used for treatment.
When faced with someone like Yakumo, who had been frail from birth and was nearly disabled, medical ninjutsu wasn't completely useless, but the results would certainly be slow.
What she needed was the regenerative ability brought by extremely powerful Yang Release Chakra.
The simplest and most effective method was to transplant White Zetsu Cells into Kurama Yakumo. The Yang Release Chakra and Divine Tree properties contained in the cells could draw out Yakumo's potential and spur her body to develop a second time, making up for her congenital deficiencies.
Remembering that her parents had said even Lord Tsunade could do nothing, Yakumo realized that Shinji's assessment was extremely accurate.
