Just then, Shinji, dressed in the Akatsuki Organization's uniform, stepped out from behind a large tree. "Is everything ready?"
Neji bowed first, then replied, "Yes. I left behind a Shadow Clone, which should be enough to cover for me for a few days!"
"Then let's go!"
Shinji blurred and vanished from the spot.
Neji hurried after him.
Although the village had increased its patrols, both Shinji and Neji had Byakugan, so they slipped out of the village with ease.
Once they were far from the village, Shinji stopped and immediately activated his Complete Body Susanoo. "Time is short. We'll fly there!"
Using a Shadow Clone to take his place was risky to begin with, so Neji also hoped they could make the trip quickly. He let Shinji's Susanoo scoop him up in its hand.
The Complete Body Susanoo flew extremely fast. In just one day, they crossed the Land of Hot Water and reached the Land of Moon.
There, they met up with Karin, who had arrived in the Land of Moon by another route.
They hadn't brought Karin along for two reasons. First, they were worried that if she stayed with them for too long, Neji's Byakugan might see through her identity. Second, two Complete Body Susanoo traveling together would draw far too much attention.
The three of them reached the illusory passage leading to the moon and immediately began their covert crossing.
Since this wasn't their first time, they knew the process well. Karin used Adamantine Sealing Chains to open a gap, and Shinji and Neji passed through it without trouble. They crossed the thin barrier created by the Giant Tenseigan and arrived on the moon once again.
