The Green Yin Aggregate was composed of hundreds upon thousands of Green Yin Soft Bodies. Though they would sometimes merge into one to fight enemies, each still had its own thoughts. Yet there were priorities among them, which was why their actions remained broadly unified, making them seem like a truly independent personality.
But once the danger reached a certain level, the Green Yin Aggregate controlling the central core could no longer maintain complete control. If the other Green Yin unified their thoughts, they could overthrow it and make the body act as they wished.
Originally, due to their fear of your strength and the unknown, the Green Yin Aggregate belonged to the latter group. The Green Yin gathered at the core wanted to strike back and fight you. In its view, you were not as impossible to defeat as imagined. They had already entered the vicinity of the "Sacred Pool"; as long as they could stall for time, the commotion of such a huge battle would bring aid from their kin.
Yet few shared that thought. The other Green Yin Soft Bodies in this body only wanted to flee for their lives at all costs. Their fear of you had reached its limit. Terrified out of their wits by the horrifying might of Black Xu, they had completely lost the ability to think normally. There were quite a few such frightened Green Yin Soft Bodies, and once their numbers grew, they were enough to contend with the Green Yin controlling the central core for control of the body.
