After hearing the Old Dragon King out, you understood his purpose. He had gone to the Dragon Race to ask an old friend to refine an artifact, only to hit a wall.

That friend was the only dragon within the Dragon Race capable of refining Heaven-Piercing Immortal Artifacts of the Sixth-ring Dao Qi grade.

This dragon was named Jin Feng. Although his cultivation realm was only at the Immortal King Second Realm, because of his artifact-refining skill, his status within the Pureblood Dragon Race was among the few second only to the Golden Dragon Old Ancestor. Even Pureblood True Dragons at the Immortal King Fourth Realm had to treat him with courtesy. He was also the Golden Dragon Old Ancestor's prized favorite and his direct-lineage eldest great-grandson.

Although Jin Feng's status was now exceedingly high, and even the Old Dragon King, already at the Immortal King Third Realm, fell somewhat short of him, the two dragons had belonged to the same generation in their youth. Back then, the Old Dragon King had already displayed considerable talent and had been especially close to Jin Feng. The two often roamed and played together, practically half childhood friends. As such, half the artifacts on the Old Dragon King's person had been refined by his friend Jin Feng.

By all rights, with such an ironclad relationship, even if refining a Five-Ring Dao Qi Heaven-Piercing Immortal Artifact would take considerable time, Jin Feng should not have been likely to refuse the Old Dragon King's request. Yet Jin Feng had recently been distracted by
