Seeing that they did not know either, he did not ask further and instead chatted casually with the councilors who had arrived.

As he spoke, the screen switched scenes, showing the monsters advancing along waterways and rivers.

After destroying yet another human war base, the Starry Sky Giant Beast led an army of sea monsters headed by two Beast Emperors toward a human Base City.

The Base City had long since been placed under martial law, and all kinds of fighter jets took off. Although evacuation signals had been sent out long ago, for a Base City with hundreds of millions of residents, where could they possibly evacuate to in such a short time?

"Commander, the Starry Sky Giant Beast has entered within one hundred kilometers of the Base City. It is currently moving toward us." In the spacious command center, a communications officer reported to a middle-aged man dressed in the army general's uniform of the nation across the ocean.

"Collette, Councilor Bai Yue will arrive shortly. He will handle the Starry Sky Giant Beast. Coordinate properly with Councilor Bai Yue and be ready to provide support at any time."

"Yes, Mr. Supreme Leader." General Collette let out a breath. Although he did not believe a single councilor could eliminate the Starry Sky Giant Beast, Bai Yue could at least delay it for a while, allowing him to evacuate the population in an orderly manner and save more people.

"Where is Councilor Bai Yue?"

"Councilor Bai Yue's fighter has already flown toward the Starry Sky Giant Beast. In thirty seconds, it will meet the Starry Sky Giant Beast." A staff officer immediately answered. A golden marker representing Bai Yue also appeared on the screen.
