Uploading Techniques

Though limited by his own knowledge, it could only increase defensive strength by roughly four times. Moonwalk allowed Martial Artists below the Planet Level to master the art of flight. It was practically a divine life-saving skill.

Once he decided, he acted immediately. Bai Yue quickly organized the techniques he had created into manuals. Since he had already uploaded them to his communication terminal during his usual work, organizing them was very convenient; he mainly needed to perform a final inspection.

After spending over an hour, he finally finished. Just as he was preparing to upload them through the website's backend, he reconsidered and organized the body-tempering technique as well, intending to upload it together with the others. As for the fourth level of World Destroyer that he had deduced, he decided against it after some thought.

Another half hour passed. He opened the website backend and uploaded all seven techniques.

"You may leave now. I'll report this to the Inspector immediately!" After dismissing his subordinate, the manager tidied himself up and headed for the Inspector's office, where the headquarters' work was overseen.

"Inspector Wang, this is the situation." The manager, having hurried over, reported what had just happened to Inspector Wang, who was currently overseeing the headquarters.
