Or should he threaten her before she becomes an Evil Soul Master, making her too afraid to go through with it, leaving her with no reason to fall out with Huo Yuhao and the others afterward?
Don't suggest having her reform after becoming an Evil Soul Master. That's impossible. In the protagonist's eyes, becoming an Evil Soul Master means death. If he can't treat everyone equally, then he isn't the protagonist.
