"Can this really stop them?" Pearl asked worriedly as Chen Li pulled her forward, glancing back at the door barricaded shut with desks and chairs.
"Don't worry. Origami University's school rules clearly state that—unless it's an emergency or for official purposes, no one is allowed to damage any items in a classroom," Chen Li said as he headed toward the window.
"I've read Origami University's school rules, but I don't remember seeing that one." Feiying tilted her head in confusion.
"It's there," Chen Li answered with certainty.
"My lord, you may have misread it. Origami University's school rules indeed contain no such rule," Pearl corrected him rigorously.
As a strategist, Pearl had thoroughly read through the school rules after entering Origami University.
All she could say was that every single one of them was absurd.
They were enough to shatter one's worldview.
Yet behind every rule lay what seemed like bloody lessons.
"If you don't believe me, take another look. It was added a minute ago," Chen Li said without turning back.
Feiying froze and looked questioningly at Pearl. Pearl immediately brought up a holographic screen, swiftly opened the school rules interface, and dragged the lengthy page straight to the bottom.
There, an utterly ordinary school rule quietly displayed its presence.
