"Young hero? You mean Chen Li? Say, are you really that impressive? You can actually grant Chen Li's wishes?" Following Kongming's form of address, Vita glanced at Chen Li before turning back to Golem. She gave him another thorough look, genuine surprise coloring her voice.
Noticing the newfound regard in Vita's tone, Golem unconsciously puffed out his chest.
"Your Excellency Chen Li's wish was for me to grant a wish for him. And my wish is to grant wishes for Your Excellency Chen Li," Golem said slowly.
Though the statement was terribly convoluted, Vita understood it at once.
Vita blinked and once again sized up the enormous stone statue before her. She had encountered quite a few Aether Singularities, but this was the first time she had seen one this... shamelessly devoted.
The key was... he had picked the right person to devote himself to.
