Although Yu Xing knew the truth, he still followed the green-tea old man's lead and turned his gloomy gaze toward Sister Xue.
They still hadn't met the Master of Ten Thousand, nor had they obtained the "key" to enter the Feng family residence. Even though they had come to Fengtou Town to avenge Miss Feng, they had no way to strike at the Master of Ten Thousand.
The Master of Ten Thousand hadn't reached his current position by being a fool. He must have known that, too. So it was only reasonable for Yu Xing, as the "Fox Demon," to show mercy to the enemies who had attacked during the night and trade their names for "invitations" to Feng Manor.
No matter what attitude the Master of Ten Thousand had toward them, as long as they had invitations, they would be entitled to enter Feng Manor under the rules. For the deduction players at this stage, that was the most important hurdle.
But the "Fox Demon" wasn't so easygoing. He wasn't human to begin with; how could he let them get away with hurting him? He had to take a chunk out of them, too, so he wouldn't give himself away.
"Then leave her behind," Yu Xing said.
He casually pointed at Sister Xue, a cruel smile on his face. "Since you're all innocent, let's say it was all her fault. Go back and ask your master for invitations. Tomorrow, I'll bring her head as a present... and send it back to you."
He bit down hard on the last few words, making everyone who heard them shudder.
The group stirred. Someone hurriedly whispered, "We can't! If we go back like this, our master will tear us apart!"
"Exactly. Sister Xue has been with him the longest. He'll be furious..."
