The eerie snow came without warning, then showed no sign of stopping.

The town's harbor froze over. Every road leading into town was blocked by heavy snow, which gradually hardened into unbreakable ice.

Fang Deming remembered the giant serpent's warning. So before doing anything, he made sure that no one could interfere with Nanshui Town anytime soon.
