Fatty commented, "I always thought that bright red food was suspicious. After reading these records, I'm even more convinced."
Xu Xingcheng stared at the suspicious adjectives in the book. "I get the feeling you were eating something bad..."
"Are there any other books here with anything in them?" Curly Hair searched the surrounding shelves. "Both books with actual content are about this school. I'm guessing the others are too. Maybe we can find a way out of the instance in one of them."
"Everything apart from those two seems to be blank," Liu Ruyan said. She had already taken the opportunity to make a circuit of the room. "But this is a library, so this can't be the only room with books. I saw plenty of other rooms outside."

"Two staircases lead upstairs, and there's a corridor over there. No idea where it goes." Fatty stood in the doorway too, craning his neck to look outside.
"This is probably the ground floor, so that corridor must lead to the library's main entrance. Nothing else here looks like an exit." Xu Xingcheng spread his hands.
Gu Mian stared at the corridor for a few seconds. "I'm going to check over there first. Are you coming with me, or should we split up? I'll take the corridor while you look for clues in the other rooms on this floor."
Curly Hair was right. The books here were all about the school. Perhaps one of them would reveal the truth behind this instance.
"Split up? Remember that headless corpse in the underground passage just now?
