These elves seemed highly experienced at dealing with giant spiders. Most of the time, they attacked from behind, never confronting the enormous beasts head-on. Even when close combat was unavoidable, they avoided the spiders' mouthparts and legs, striking from behind to kill them!
Right before An Yang's eyes, an elf descended from the sky and stomped hard on a giant spider's back, pinning it to the ground. Using the impact to disperse the force of his fall from more than ten meters up, he then raised his longsword and stabbed straight down through the giant spider's head.
More arrows came flying like locusts!
