An Yang was ready to open the Gate of Space and flee at any moment, but there were not as many zombies in the Medical Technology Building as he had imagined. At least, there were not enough to form a zombie tide capable of surrounding him and killing him. With his speed, as long as he did not face zombies from all directions, he could escape even in the worst case.
"Pfft!"
Another head shot into the sky, spraying foul-smelling blood.
Zombies kept emerging from rooms that had never been closed, but there were ultimately fewer doctors still on duty after ten o'clock than during the day. The number of zombies was still within An Yang's ability to handle. Whenever his battle knife was insufficient, he simply used his pistol.
"Roar!"
A voluptuous female nurse pounced at him. Although this zombie ********, she was still quite thin overall, weighing no more than a hundred pounds by An Yang's estimate. When he kicked her, she flew backward until she slammed into the wall behind and to the side.
"Bang!"
Her face had already twisted out of shape, and her entire body was covered in densely packed purplish-red veins. Showing no mercy, An Yang cleaved down a zombie wearing a white coat before the sharp tip of his blade plunged into her skull with a puff.
An Yang clapped his hands and looked up, then continued climbing the stairs. It did not feel all that dangerous.
And that was indeed the case. With his current strength, zombies could hardly threaten him anymore. Apart from beasts that were naturally stronger than humans and had mutated because of the RT virus, as well as small, fast special animals, probably only a zombie tide surging in from all directions at once could threaten his life.
