Mystique and Nightcrawler

Defeat in the two world wars suppressed this originally powerful nation significantly. In the 1980s, its rigorous and robust industrial capacity had not yet fully stepped onto the world stage, and even Berlin remained desolate, far incomparable to later eras.

In the original plot, Scott's awakening and Mystique rescuing Nightcrawler were two closely connected scenes without a specified time, and An Yang did not know if the two happened simultaneously. He simply came to Berlin to try his luck, treating it as a vacation if things did not work out.

He spent a long time finding the arena from the plot. Fortunately, Angel was only fighting his sixth match now.

Ever since Mystique became a hero by confronting Magneto, mutants seemed to have gained general acceptance among humans, but secretly, ordinary people still harbored jealousy and hatred toward such skilled yet scarce mutants.
