What exactly were the things in the movie worlds?

Where did they come from?

An Yang had pondered this question for a long time.

Take the cultivation methods and technology in the movie worlds, for example. Even the directors and screenwriters had no idea how some of those things worked. They had merely invented such nonexistent objects, yet after the system created those worlds, they all became tangible, usable knowledge.

Could they all have been fabricated out of thin air by the system?

An Yang felt that was not the case.

After traveling through so many worlds, he could clearly sense what was reasonable and what was not.

Some things displayed certain properties in the movies. Once he obtained them, he would discover that although their effects were the same, the fundamental principles behind them seemed to have deviated slightly.

That was the system correcting the parts that violated the rules.

Some things simply did not conform to the laws of the world. They could practically exist only beneath a director's camera or in the audience's minds. Yet once he obtained them, he could still use them.

Naturally, this did not mean the system had used some grand method to make them operate while ignoring the laws of the world. Rather, it had used some method to rationalize the unreasonable aspects of those things.

For example, if some part of a technological item violated the laws of physics, then once An Yang obtained it, he would immediately discover that a special technology had caused it to assume that state.

If something was too unreasonable—even the system could not explain it away—then he would be unable to make it his own.
