Uchiha Sanpo expanded the Land of Water’s refugee effort, brought young ninja to Sage Village for training, and established an Underworld for the dead. As Temari joined him there, he taught the students to sense Natural Energy and prepared them for combat training.

• Uchiha Sanpo brought Temari to Sage Village to learn Celestial Sage Mode, and they grew closer during outings and training.
• Uchiha Sanpo reunited Uzumaki Huiyi with Karin at the refugee camp, helped organize its defenses, and visited his sons and their Royal Consorts at another camp.
• Uchiha Sanpo protected refugee camps from attacks by Kumogakure, Iwagakure, and Sunagakure, while Akatsuki seized cities in the Land of Earth and Land of Wind.
• Uchiha Shisui’s squad escorted thousands of refugees to Cloud Dream City, where Uchiha Sanpo celebrated the rescuers’ work before taking his children and other young ninja to Sage Village for training.
• Temari trained in Celestial Sage Mode and reunited with Uchiha Sanpo, while Uchiha Yashiro’s death connected the Ancestral Planet to the Underworld.

After the young ninjas returned from Sage Village, the Chunin Exams brought new clashes and Uchiha Sanpo’s relationships and power grew. The three great nations’ scheme to burden the Land of Water backfired when Sanpo accepted the Land of Fire’s surrender and began winning over its people.

• Uchiha Sanpo trained the youths to use Natural Energy against bison beasts, then demonstrated that he had created the Ancestral Planet.
• Yamanaka Ino confessed her feelings to Uchiha Sanpo, and the young ninjas returned to their families after years of training in Sage Village.
• Naruto defeated Gaara in the Mist Forest, Rock Lee fought Gaara, and Sasuke and Naruto overwhelmed Kumogakure examinees as the Chunin Exams continued.
• Uchiha Sanpo married Mabui, Yugito Nii, Temari, Guren, Uzuki Yugao, Shizune, and Kazahana Koyuki, then hired Yamanaka Ino and Kurama Yakumo as secretaries.
• Uchiha Sanpo and Kurama Yakumo confessed their feelings and became engaged, and he later accepted Yamanaka Ino as another Royal Consort.
• Uchiha Sanpo defeated Otsutsuki Urashiki, learned of the threat posed by the Otsutsuki Main Branch, and gained greater control over Time Reversal by using the God Tree and the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
• The three great nations pressured the four princes of the Land of Fire to surrender their cities to Uchiha Sanpo, hoping to provoke conflict and burden the Land of Water.

Uchiha Sanpo’s immigration policies drew millions to the Land of Water and helped fund an auction of the Water of Life, prompting an alliance to attack. Sanpo and his allies repelled the invasion, while Sasuke survived capture and returned to the front as Sanpo brought Kurotsuchi to his side.

• Uchiha Sanpo expanded settlement and communications, rewarded people who brought migrants, and watched returnees’ reports persuade villagers across neighboring lands to move to the Land of Water.
• The Daimyos of the Land of Wind, the Land of Earth, and the Land of Lightning arranged mass migrations to fund bids for the Water of Life, and the auction brought Sanpo 22,300 tons of gold.
• Deva Path Pain persuaded the three Daimyos to ally with Akatsuki, and their forces gathered 68,000 ninja to attack the Land of Water from four fronts.
• Uchiha Sanpo assigned commanders to defend the fronts, then fought Pain and Obito while Wang Yuyan broadcast the battle, forcing the attackers to retreat.
• Namikaze Minato, Uchiha Shisui, and Senju Nawaki fought on their fronts as civilians watched the broadcasts and chose to support the war effort from home.
• Sasuke Uchiha awakened his Mangekyō Sharingan, joined Naruto to defeat Hiruko, and later was captured by Kitsuchi and taken underground.
• Uchiha Sanpo rescued Sasuke, confronted Ōnoki, and returned Sasuke to his companions with orders to help guard the border alongside Shisui and Kakashi.
• Uchiha Sanpo brought Kurotsuchi to his side, and she confessed her love while he warned that he would destroy Iwagakure if Ōnoki attacked again.

Uchiha Sanpo defeated the resistance to his unification campaign and enlisted former enemies to help preserve peace. When the Sage of Six Paths took Naruto, Sanpo prepared the Ninja World for war and helped Hinata awaken the Tenseigan, leaving them together as the threat loomed.

• Nagato, Ōnoki, Rasa, and A tried to assassinate Uchiha Sanpo, but Sanpo revealed a hidden golden Susanoo, defeated them, and demanded their villages submit to the Land of Water.
• Sanpo announced his plan to unify the Ninja World, and after Akatsuki surrendered, his forces defeated Iwagakure, Kumogakure, and Sunagakure, whose leaders laid down their arms.
• Sanpo revived Pakura and persuaded her to become his Royal Consort, then defeated Hashirama Senju and Uchiha Madara and gained their support for peace.
• Sanpo told Hashirama, Madara, Nagato, and Konan that the Sage of Six Paths threatened the Ninja World, and they agreed to prepare against him while Nagato returned the Rinnegan to Madara.
• Minato asked Sanpo to find Naruto, and Sanpo discovered that the Sage had controlled Naruto, given him the Rinnegan, and taken him through a Space Gate to prepare for resurrection.
• Sanpo evacuated the Ninja World’s ninja and civilians to other planets, while he and his allies removed Hagoromo’s marks from the Tailed Beasts and prepared for the Sage to reveal himself.
• Sanpo brought Hinata Hyuga to the moon, where she faced Otsutsuki Toneri, then used Toneri’s Tenseigan chakra to transform Hinata’s Byakugan into a Tenseigan.
• Sanpo trained Hinata in her new Tenseigan abilities, and they became a couple as Sanpo gained a Super-Grade Tenseigan through dual cultivation.
