Yes, Rachel had not stopped Shane from going to Apokolips for revenge. She had followed him in silence, waiting until he had smashed the planet apart and returned to the Shadow Dimension before folding her arms and letting him have it.

"Did you ever consider that you might not be able to beat them?"

"Did you think about how you'd get back to Earth?"

"Did you think about what to do with the ones who weren't on Apokolips? You kept muttering Steppenwolf's name on your way there, but he doesn't seem to have been on that planet at all."

"Did you consider that you might wake up one day to find Steppenwolf had split Earth in two?"

After keeping his head down and taking it for ages, Shane offered a quiet objection.

"As long as Desaad still fears the Dark Lord, he'd never let Steppenwolf carry out an operation like that alone. Killing me takes priority over destroying Earth."
