In the Sealing Space, Hiroshi Tamura looked at the blue eyes of Princess Kaguya with great delight.
Unlike Otsutsuki Sari, who was merely from a branch family, they had previously devoured a direct member of the Otsutsuki Main Family and also consumed the corpses of branch members. The resulting bloodline tier of Princess Kaguya was much higher.
After devouring that purple Reincarnation Eye, Princess Kaguya's Byakugan not only successfully evolved into a Reincarnation Eye, but an even more advanced blue Reincarnation Eye.
At the same time, having devoured so many Byakugan and chakra from the giant Tenseigan of the moon's Otsutsuki, Princess Kaguya's Reincarnation Eye, much like the future Otsutsuki Toneri's, emitted a faint golden light in the central region, identical in hue to the giant Tenseigan.
That was the power of Otsutsuki Hamura's Tenseigan, which also meant this pair of Reincarnation Eyes could potentially evolve further into that kind of golden Reincarnation Eye.
"The Rinnegan has the distinction of tomoe, which serves as a sort of grading system. A blank Rinnegan is the foundation, and after Hagoromo became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, he could temporarily elevate his Rinnegan to a six-tomoe version using the Ten-Tails' dojutsu power, second only to Mother's nine-tomoe Rinnegan.
The Tenseigan is largely similar; the previous purple Tenseigan was just the baseline, equivalent to the initial Rinnegan. Today's blue version is equivalent to a three-tomoe Rinnegan, and Hamura's golden Tenseigan is on par with Hagoromo's six-tomoe Rinnegan. I wonder if it can go even further."
Black Zetsu held a rather favorable view of the Tenseigan system. Although it had little compatibility with the Ten-Tails God Tree, it was otherwise no inferior to the Rinnegan system.
"According to the memory fragments left by Mother, that Otsutsuki Isshiki possessed a special Byakugan evolutionary form with
