Tamura Hiroshi didn't pay much attention to the matter of trying to get in good with Orochimaru. He wasn't interested in that kind of bloodline transplant anyway.
His path was already clear: he would pursue Bloodline Fusion and use it to elevate and transform his own bloodline.
As for Kekkei Genkai, the ones Kaguya Phantom had acquired by devouring Otsutsuki Bloodline were already enough.
And so Tamura Hiroshi entered another phase of laying low and developing in secret. He trained and studied in various ways while constantly working to improve his compatibility with the chakra of Little Ten-Tails and Kaguya Phantom. Only by raising that compatibility could he gain more abilities.
This was a cheat ability he had created for himself. He had to make good use of it.
After training and studying like this for half a year, Tamura Hiroshi prepared to form the Yang Seal.
Of course, the most important thing was building up chakra.
The amount of chakra required to form the Yang Seal was far lower than that for the Yin Seal, but there was still a minimum threshold: Jonin-level chakra.
The Yin Seal was a Sealing Technique that only Kage-level Experts could master and use. At the very least, they had to meet the required Chakra Quantity, allowing them to unleash more than ten times their normal chakra.
That was why the Yin Seal was an S-rank Sealing Technique, while the Yang Seal was one rank lower, an A-rank technique. It required Jonin-level Chakra Quantity to master, but demanded greater chakra control.
Tamura Hiroshi had long since met the requirement for chakra control. His Chakra Quantity, however, was far too low, so he had to cheat indirectly by storing chakra in a Sealing Scroll.
