Convincing the Ice Empress and Snow Empress

The Sky Dream Ice Silkworm cried out in alarm, "Oh no! The Snow Empress is here!"

"Yuhao! We need to open the Time Tunnel to ten thousand years in the future and get out of here! The Snow Empress is the ruler of the Extreme North. She's terrifying!"

Huo Yuhao waved a hand, his gaze flickering as he looked into the vast, snowy world in the distance. "Snow Empress, my name is Huo Yuhao. How about we come out and talk?"

"Bing'er, you were far too careless this time." The Snow Empress's cool voice rang out.

"Xue'er! You're here!" The Ice Empress was overjoyed.

The Snow Empress looked human, like a girl of seventeen or eighteen. Her pure white hair fell all the way down her back, and a flawless figure was draped in a white dress, exuding nobility and elegance.

At that moment, Qian Renxue was stunned. The shock kept mounting until she could no longer speak.

The Snow Empress asked coldly, "Tian Meng, now that you've become a human's Soul Ring, why have you returned to the Extreme North? And why did you capture Bing'er? Was it just so she could become this human's Second Spirit?"

"Human, aren't you afraid I'll destroy your Sea of Spirit and make you and that fellow Tian Meng perish completely?" The Snow Empress's beautiful, icy face grew even colder, and killing intent spread through the air.

"I'm not afraid!" Huo Yuhao lifted his chest and declared righteously, "Ten thousand years from now, you and the Ice Empress will face the 400,000- and 700,000-year tribulation thresholds. Without a rare treasure like Ten Thousand Year Cold Ice Marrow, the Ice Empress won't survive hers. And you, Snow Empress, will encounter a 100,000 Year Snow Lotus in the future and use it as a catalyst to try to become human."

Shock filled the Ice Empress's and Snow Empress's eyes. They had known nothing about what Huo Yuhao had just told them. For a moment, the two Soul Beasts could think of nothing more suspicious than Huo Yuhao's identity.

"Xue'er, is what this human said true?" The Ice Empress looked at the Snow Empress in astonishment. She was shaken by her good friend's future resolve, and Huo Yuhao's words had left her equally stunned.

"Who exactly are you?" the Snow Empress asked gravely.

The Snow Empress hesitated for a moment, then floated over to Huo Yuhao. She raised her pale right hand and pressed it against his forehead.

His memories appeared in his mind like scenes projected on a screen: his mother, Huo Yun'er; what he had endured at the Duke's Mansion; the moment his mother had left; meeting Bei Bei and Tang Ya; merging with the Sky Dream Ice Silkworm; accidentally traveling back to Douluo Continent ten thousand years in the past; and every event that had followed. Every memory was imprinted in the Snow Empress's mind.

The Snow Empress's expression grew worse and worse, but at last a smile appeared on her lovely face, like a Snow Lotus Flower blooming in winter.

"I see. You're from Douluo Continent ten thousand years in the future, and you accidentally came to our era." The Snow Empress withdrew her hand. As she left the Sea of Spirit, she added, "Thank you, Elder Yi."

Huo Yuhao stood dazed for a moment. His eyes gradually regained focus, and after shivering, he looked at the smiling beauty before him and breathed a sigh of relief. It's all going to work out!

"That's why we came to the Extreme North. You know the Ice Empress's situation, and you know your own, Snow Empress."

Huo Yuhao said solemnly, "You have a choice now. Ice Empress, are you willing to become my Second Spirit? Brother Sky Dream will preserve your consciousness and let you reside in my Sea of Spirit. As for you, Snow Empress..."

"Hm? Oh! Is everything settled?" Qian Renxue looked at the Ice Empress and Snow Empress whispering in the distance. She could hardly believe Huo Yuhao had persuaded two Super Soul Beasts with just a few words.

"With me around, nothing can go wrong." Huo Yuhao thumped his chest. He had convinced the Ice Empress and brought the Snow Empress along too. That way, nothing could go wrong with the Soul Spirits of the future.

Huo Yuhao fell silent for a moment, then sighed. "...Big Sister, I already know how to return to the future. I'm about to... leave this era."

The smile slowly froze on Qian Renxue's lovely face. For a moment, the Extreme North fell utterly silent, broken only by the Ice Empress and Snow Empress whispering to each other.
