Tang Feng froze for a moment, his face full of confusion.
Li Xiangxiang pointed at the small courtyard shrouded in white mist, its outline impossible to make out.
She asked, "If you hadn't led the way, I might have wandered around in circles without realizing I was already inside."
Tang Feng smiled and explained the origins of the courtyard, as well as how he had happened to acquire this place, wanting only to find somewhere quiet.
At the end, he shook his head again. "I never expected him to like peace and quiet even more than I do."
Then, after thinking it over, he explained, "No, that's not right. That fellow must possess some kind of demonic art.
