It came from beneath the shallow mantle!
187, Stone Weaver
A Servant's Noble Phantasm was not necessarily a weapon or an item. Things like Okita Souji's Immovable Three-Stage Thrust, or Sasaki Kojiro's Swallow Return, were not names of swords, but sword techniques.
In fact, most Servants' Noble Phantasms were powerful skills—materialized miracles crystallized from the legends of their lives. After all, not every Servant was like Artoria, with all manner of holy swords and holy spears recorded in epic tales.
The Heroic Spirit Lianye commanded at this Singularity was the Emperor of the Sands, Azir. One of his Noble Phantasms was the powerful ability to manipulate rock formations with his mind.
"The Stone Weaver!"
Weave the earth beneath one's feet into deadly weapons; move mountains, fill seas, destroy heaven and earth—or simply create endlessly extending layers of rock to carry oneself and one's allies toward their destination.
All beneath heaven belonged to the domain of the Emperor of the Sands.
"Rumble—!"
Rock layers beneath the shallow mantle bulged violently upward amid thunderous blasts. Reshaped rocky hills burst from the earth beneath Lianye's feet and those of everyone beside him.
Riding stone walls that surged up from beneath the ground like bamboo shoots after rain, Lianye's group moved at tremendous speed.
"There was actually a way to do this..."
Gudako's eyes widened in astonishment.
If it was merely a matter of combat strength, she could probably shatter rock layers and split the earth with a single punch. But making mountains and stones move so nimbly under her mental control, serving her will, was an almost magical level of mastery she could never attain.
"There sure was!"
Standing atop the rising rock layer, Lianye controlled the stone walls' direction and effortlessly carried the group over the hills.
"Th-Thith ith thoooo cool!!!"
