Summary

Hyuga Shin, the leader of the Nether Ninja Village, captures ninjas from the Five Great Shinobi Villages to expose their hypocrisy and force them to redeem their captives. When the Kage of the Five Great Shinobi Villages send envoys instead of coming themselves, Hyuga Shin decides to manipulate the captives' emotions and shatter their hope of survival. Miyashi Hizokurou, a member of the Nether Ninja Village, saves the captives and offers them a chance to join their village. The captives, after being given a second chance, return to their respective villages but are placed under surveillance and interrogation, ultimately leading them to consider joining the Nether Ninja Village.
