Like Konoha, Chiyo and the seven Elite Jonin among the Sand Shinobi forces began discussing the war in Rasa's tent. Their discussion had only one focus: Yamanaka Tohru.
The Third Kazekage had disappeared at the border of the Land of Fire, and Sunagakure had gathered more than 12,000 shinobi for "revenge." Aside from Ebizo, the three Quasi-Kage, and fewer than 1,000 low- and mid-ranking shinobi remaining behind to guard Sunagakure, this was the Sand Shinobi's entire force.

"What bizarre ninjutsu? He Gu, explain yourself clearly!"
The Elite Jonin named He Gu told Rasa everything that had happened during their confrontation with Yamanaka Tohru.
"He can use Lightning Release Chakra Mode, has an extremely high attack speed, knows Ice Release, and can even teleport." As He Gu spoke, Rasa organized the information about Yamanaka Tohru in his mind.
"He Gu, are you certain
