With His powerful, almost precognitive intuition, He could keenly sense that these iron birds had come from nearby.
Gods and humans had very different senses of spatial distance.
Pingzhou was only fifty kilometers in a straight line from Hedong Air Force Base. To humans, that might seem far, but to a god like Him, it was only a few steps away. Even on Earth, it would take no more than a dozen minutes.
Strands of aurora danced enchantingly above Him.
He was an enormous behemoth.
His lower body's tail alone was over a hundred meters long, and His upright torso stood twenty meters tall.
Basketball-sized, fiery-red scales, glowing like red-hot coals and exuding shimmering waves of heat, stretched from His tail up along His waist. His upper body was knotted with muscle. He looked like a terrifying demon god.
Without legs, He could only crawl, so He wasn't very fast.
His speed was about three hundred meters per second.
Even so, the force of His speed was shocking.
His massive body whipped up a fierce gale as it raced along. The buildings on either side shuddered with mournful groans. Trees by the road were blown away, glass shattered everywhere, and a deep, winding scar like a snake's trail appeared in the asphalt.
It was a scene straight out of the apocalypse.
In just a few minutes, He had already left the city.
He barreled straight ahead, crashing through a village. Its low buildings couldn't hinder His advance.
The two- and three-story houses blocking His path shattered like toy blocks as His enormous body smashed into them.
A long while passed.
Only then did the surviving villagers
