"It's over. It's over... Everything's over." As though his backbone had been ripped out in an instant, Mar-Vell slumped into the foul-smelling pulp of flesh, his eyes blank and unfocused. "It's too late. You shouldn't have killed him..."

"Uh... so you're saying I shouldn't have killed him?"

Alvin was slowly left with a question mark hanging over his head.
