First, he used psychic power to erase the biological tissue Rogg had left behind. Then he burned Carroll's corpse and made a few final adjustments.

Just like that, a "perfect" scene had been fabricated.

He had done all this simply to avoid trouble.

An alien hunting down the leader of Project Pegasus—no matter how you looked at it, there had to be deeper reasons behind it.

If Mar-Vell's identity was exposed, it would cause Alvin trouble down the line as well. He might as well fabricate the scene and save himself the hassle.

"Once you're back at the base, find Howard Stark, one of the people in charge of the Strategic Scientific Reserve," Alvin instructed after finishing his work.
