Going on the Offensive
"Of course!"
At the word "test," Zhao Ziwu immediately felt a little nervous.
After nine years of compulsory education, three years of high school, and four years of college, who wouldn't be left with that kind of lingering trauma? No matter how battle-hardened someone was, the moment an exam came up, they'd feel a little uneasy.

As he picked at his lunch, Li Bai frowned after a few bites.
He wasn't a picky eater. He enjoyed delicacies from land and sea, abalone, sea cucumber, shark fin, and fish maw, but he could just as happily savor a simple meal of plain tea and noodles.
The trouble was that the cook who'd made this lunch clearly wasn't up to the job. He hadn't mastered the heat, and had managed to burn some perfectly good ingredients while leaving others raw. It was a real waste.
Even so, Li Bai wouldn't waste food. As long as it was still edible, he'd finish it bite by bite, without leaving even a single grain of rice.
"Bitch, you're so damn fussy. Eat if you can, and if you can't, get lost!"
An unpleasant, mocking voice came from a corner of the dining hall.
