Unable to leave
The group arrived at the helicopter pad. It was the same helicopter FBI Agent Barks had brought them in on.
There was no one on board, nor was there anyone in sight. The camp had lost all semblance of order. Flames, thick smoke, ruined walls, and bodies littered the ground. It looked like hell on earth.
Just 23 superpowered people had caused such terrible destruction. No wonder the FBI had kept them under heavy guard in this remote camp.

Zhou Xueyan, however, remained as calm as ever, as if she had known all along that Li Bai would be unreliable.
"Forget it. Let's get moving! By the way, do we have enough fuel?"
Looking at the wrecked camp, Xue Qimin didn't want to stay another moment.
"Plenty! All right, everyone, buckle up."
Li Bai had already settled into the pilot's seat and fastened his seat belt. He started randomly pressing buttons.
The Security Bureau's training course had covered helicopter controls, but only in basic terms. Being able to remember anything now was already impressive.
No matter the type of helicopter, the controls were more or less the same.
