These Nine Provinces Xuan Association defectors, who had struck out on their own, were no pushovers.
The giant rock stood at the heart of the Meteorite Crater, and it was also the Kakaya tribe's sacred altar. Whatever the reason, they would never allow unknown birds and beasts to wander in at will. As Wizards themselves, the defectors were especially wary; not even a fly could get through.
Even while Academy Under Heaven joined forces with the Kakaya tribe to fend off the Senkai Association's attack, they still had enough strength to establish a no-fly zone and seize control of the skies by deploying birds of prey.
The operation teams from Institute 507 weren't about to be outdone. They released their own trained birds of prey, from ones as large as eagles to ones as small as falcons. Each used its own talents to make its way across the sky.
