"It came to 2.79 million euros. It's all here."

Li Bai transferred the euros from the trolley onto the coffee table.

Even without using suitcases as filler, simply stacking the cash into neat rectangular piles made for quite a sight.

"There really is this much?"

Although she had made plans and prepared herself mentally, Jiang Huixue's surprise was absolutely genuine. She was truly taken aback.

The class monitor felt a pang of envy.

They had entered the working world together, and neither of them came from a wealthy family. Their families could only offer limited support.

Yet in such a short time, Li Bai had not only bought a luxury duplex apartment in the provincial capital's downtown area, but could now also produce this many euros without hesitation. And the money in front of them wasn't even part of his bank savings. It was entirely extra income.

"It's not much. This is only part of it!"
