After leaving Langya, Meng Qi headed straight for the entrance. First, he wanted to see if the Blue Blood Person Ancestor God's aura could repair the Xuan Shui Demon Quelling Banner. Second, he wanted to ask Lingbao Tianzun about the rules for introducing a friend to Immortal Trace. And the Human Salvation Zither had given him plenty to think about; he hoped to find a seasoned elder to discuss it with.

On the Lord of Six Paths Samsara's exchange list, the Human Salvation Zither wasn't marked "unavailable." In other words, as long as he paid the required Merit Points and completed its exclusive mission, he could exchange for it directly. Yet, judging from what the Ruan family had revealed over the past few days, the zither was clearly in the hands of the Blue Blood People. It wasn't "unowned" at all!

Why was it "unavailable" when it belonged to aristocratic clans and sects, but "available" once it was in the hands of the Blue Blood People?

Could this difference in treatment conceal a secret of the Six Paths itself?

The many conjectures this gave rise to made Meng Qi's head ache, but they were still shrouded in mist, and he couldn't find a clear line of thought. Lingbao Tianzun had completed an exclusive divine weapon mission, though; perhaps Meng Qi could catch a glimpse of the truth through his experience.

For instance, was his exclusive divine weapon mission directly related to that particular weapon, with the weapon itself as the reward for completing the mission? Like exchanging for the Human Salvation Zither and being assigned the task of "sneaking into the Blue Blood People's stronghold and finding the Human Salvation Zither." If so, perhaps it would show that the Six Paths wasn't as all-powerful as imagined.
