The city, originally bustling and prosperous, welcomed an unexpected guest that day. Just like any other day, people came and went, each with their own business to attend to.
Suddenly, a clap of thunder rang out in the sky. Then a crocodile... No, not a crocodile, but a humanoid creature that looked like a crocodile. It fell from the sky and slammed heavily into the street.
Most of the people on the street began fleeing in terror, but there had never been a shortage of onlookers in this world.
The crocodile-like humanoid was somewhat dazed. He looked around and muttered, "Alive... I'm alive! They sent me so much food." As he spoke, he began shaking his head and trying to stand, but perhaps because he had gone so long without eating, he dropped back onto his rear.
"Hey... hey... give me a minute... just a minute." After a while, he grabbed a person by the roadside and shoved them into his mouth. The person was instantly bitten to pieces, filling the air with the stench of blood.
The crowd began fleeing in a panic, but the crocodile-like creature was not slow. In an instant, he grabbed several more people and stuffed them into his mouth.
At that moment, the sound of something tearing through the air suddenly came from above. Several Taotie wearing black armor rode fighter craft straight toward the crocodile-like creature.
"Target: Crocodile God Soton. Locked on. Prepare to capture," one of the Taotie said.
"Who... who called me?" Soton looked around with a dazed, adorable expression and asked in confusion.
"Which Angel sister is it?" Perhaps because Angel Chase had defeated him before, and because some of the angels' ideals had been implanted in his mind, he instinctively assumed it was an angel.
"Capture him immediately!" The Taotie began to act. However, Soton was a beast-form warrior with a Third Generation Divine Body. Although he had been sealed away for a long time, he still retained his combat strength.
A Taotie stood on a fighter craft and unleashed a barrage of gunfire at Soton, but it was almost useless. Instead, many ordinary people nearby were caught in the crossfire and lost their lives.
"You... you... you're shooting at me? Screw you!" Soton shouted angrily. He then grabbed a car beside him with one hand and hurled it at the Taotie. The Taotie warrior was smashed out of the air, and Soton leaped in front of him, preparing to kill him with a single slash.
However, another Taotie charged over at that moment. The fighter craft rammed straight into Soton, sending him flying and rolling twice across the ground.
"Hey... wait a second... let... let me take one bite... I'll tear you..." Before Soton could finish, several grappling hooks had seized him.
"Hey! Hey... let... let go... Let go of me!"
"Capture complete. Let's go." It had not taken much effort to capture Soton. The Taotie stepped onto their fighter craft and left.
"Knock! Knock! Knock!" A knock came at the door while Chen Yi was tempering his body.
He immediately stopped and went to open the door. When he did, he saw A Jie standing outside.
"Mr. Chen, I've come to take you to the academy," A Jie said.
"You came to pick me up personally?" Chen Yi asked in confusion.
"Yes, Mr. Chen. Once you've packed your things, we can leave."
"All right. Wait a moment. I'll be ready soon." Chen Yi went into the bedroom to get his luggage. In truth, there was not much to take, since he had stored most of his belongings in the System Backpack.
A few minutes later, Chen Yi came out. "Let's go," he said. He followed A Jie downstairs, got into a car, and headed for Super Seminary.
The car sped along. From the scenery outside, it was clear that they were heading toward the outskirts. On the way, A Jie introduced him to Super Seminary's daily classes and training plans, as well as the academy's other students.
The journey took roughly three hours. They even transferred to a helicopter halfway there before finally reaching Super Seminary. Clearly, the place was extremely remote.
When Chen Yi arrived at Super Seminary and saw the campus, which was no smaller than a major university and had excellent landscaping, something shifted inside him. He felt a stirring excitement, as if he had returned to school.
"Mr. Chen, I've already arranged your dormitory. You can go there yourself. I still have other matters to attend to, so I'll leave first."

The moment Chen Yi entered the classroom, he attracted everyone's attention. His skin was fair, his features refined yet handsome, and his sharp eyes and silvery-white hair gave him an aura that warned others to keep their distance.
