"Lord Carlos, they're here."
Just then, a Machine Soldier walked over.
"I know."
Carlos waved a hand, rose from his seat, and said, "Let's go welcome the help Lord Salong sent us."
"Yes, sir."
Seymour followed behind him to welcome the help Salong had sent.
Normally, Carlos wouldn't need to personally welcome a single helper, but if the person had been sent by Salong, that was another matter.
Failing to welcome them would show disrespect to Salong.
"Callum?"
As soon as he saw the helper Salong had sent, Carlos recognized him. He wasn't the only one; even Seymour recognized who he was.
Saturn God Callum.
"Lord Salong sent me to help you seize the Star of the Galaxy."
Callum's Electronic Eye glowed red, a sign that Salong's dark power had taken control of him. "Lord Salong also told me to bring you two thousand Machine Soldiers equipped with Great Void Xuanbing."
"Great Void Xuanbing?"
Carlos asked in confusion.
What was that?
"This is the Great Void Xuanbing Lord Salong asked me to give you and Seymour. It can increase your strength."
The next moment, two rhombus-shaped crystals appeared in Callum's hand, floating above his palm as he spoke.
"Increase our strength?"
At that, Carlos's crimson Electronic Eye flickered. He was already powerful, with little room left to grow. But now he was being told he could get stronger? It sounded a little hard to believe.
"Yes. Everyone has been equipped with Great Void Xuanbing, and you and Seymour are no exception," Callum said.
"Fine."
Carlos had no objections. He reached out and took the Great Void Xuanbing from Callum's hand.
"Lord Salong told me to watch you fuse the Great Void Xuanbing into your Core Energy Ball. Go ahead," Callum said stiffly, like a preprogrammed machine. It made people frown.
