But just after Lena finished speaking, she saw the three best friends from the Demacia Academy and Qiangwei, among others, turn deathly pale. Cold sweat poured down their faces.
Qiangwei desperately shot Lena meaningful looks, but Lena only stared back at her, utterly baffled. What was with Qiangwei blinking at her like that?
She had no idea what Qiangwei meant.
At that moment, Qiangwei was speechless too. That crazy woman, that idiot! Of all the things she could've asked, she had to ask about this. Did she forget that Xiaolun had only mentioned it once back then, and it nearly started a huge fight?
How long ago was that? And now this crazy woman's brought it up again.
Is she trying to get us all in trouble? Qiangwei could only stare at Lena, the joker, in exasperation.
Jiawen and Zhaoxin looked flustered as they spoke from the side. "Great Sage, please don't take offense. Lena's just a blunt person."

As Monkey Brother was a Super Soldier based on the mythology of Journey to the West, he wanted to know too. After all, although he wasn't the Sun Wukong from the myth, he was still from the same mythology as Supreme Treasure. Even if he'd been created by humans, he was still Sun Wukong, wasn't he?
That was why Monkey Brother wanted more than anyone else to learn about Supreme Treasure's past.
Supreme Treasure began, "I've read some of the Journey to the West stories you mentioned. A lot of what happened was deliberately romanticized. The truth, however, wasn't like that at all."
"The reason I couldn't help releasing my killing intent when I heard about the Journey to the West pilgrimage was that it made me think of Zixia."

Then Supreme Treasure began telling Ge Xiaolun and the others about his past with Zixia Fairy.
As Supreme Treasure spoke, the conspiracy behind Journey to the West began to unfold. "In all of this, apart from my master, Tang Sanzang, who truly treated me well, who in the Heavenly Court or the Buddhist realm of Spirit Mountain didn't see me as a pawn?" Supreme Treasure said with a self-deprecating smile.
When they later heard that Tang Sanzang was willing to sacrifice himself to save Wukong, Lena was visibly moved. "How noble! I never imagined your master would be willing to give up his life for you."
The story's twists and turns carried them to its final moments.
To save Zixia, Supreme Treasure was willing to put on the Golden Fillet, but in the end, Zixia still died. She died right in front of Supreme Treasure. As she was about to draw her last breath, she said to him:
"The one I love is a great hero. One day, he'll come to marry me riding a cloud of seven colors."
"But I guessed the beginning, and never guessed the ending."
When Lena and the others heard Zixia Fairy's final words to Supreme Treasure, they were weeping uncontrollably, their eyes red. They said to Supreme Treasure, "I never imagined you had a past like this."
