The next morning, Charlie followed Neville to his home.

Neville's home was an old manor on the outskirts of London. The three-story Victorian building was covered in ivy, giving it a sense of history, but it was very well maintained.

The Longbottom family certainly lived up to their reputation as a Pure-blood family. They were very wealthy.

"Grandma, Charlie's here."

Neville pushed open the heavy oak door, his voice tense.

Madam Augusta smiled kindly, a far cry from the stern woman Neville had described.

"Neville is always talking about you. He says you've helped him a lot."

She led Charlie to the dining room, where the table was laden with exquisite French dishes.

There was roast foie gras, French onion soup, beef bourguignon, and all sorts of beautiful desserts.

Who said Britain was a culinary wasteland? It had more Michelin-starred French restaurants than anywhere else in the world.

"This is quite a feast," Charlie said sincerely.

"I'm glad you like it."

Madam Augusta invited him to sit down.

"You've done Neville a great service. I've been wanting to thank you for a long time."

Neville fidgeted beside them, looking a little uncomfortable.

"Speaking of Neville..." Madam Augusta sighed and shook her head as she ladled soup into Charlie's bowl.

"That boy was clumsy from the time he was little, and he wasn't very talented at magic, either."
