Background / History

Ron meets Charlie and Harry Potter aboard the Hogwarts Express, where Fred and George introduce him as their younger brother. He is immediately awed by Harry's scar and impressed by Charlie's willingness to join the twins' pranks. 6

As a Gryffindor student, Ron becomes one of Harry and Hermione's closest companions. He and Harry are recognized by Dumbledore for risking their lives to help Hermione during the troll incident. 27
