Supreme Intelligence, the former ruler of the Kree, was also a living computer created by them.
True to its name, it embodied the Kree's highest wisdom, including science, philosophy, military strategy, ideology, and more. As the Kree grew increasingly dependent on Supreme Intelligence to manage their empire, it eventually became the Kree Empire's supreme commander. For a time, it even developed into a kind of religious faith, urging the empire to expand outward.
Under Supreme Intelligence's command, the vast Kree Empire no longer had any other voices or ideas. Like a powerful, precise war machine, it once crushed the breath from every other race in the universe.
Until around thirty years ago, the invincible Kree suddenly began losing battles, and other voices emerged within the empire.
The House of Representatives, made up primarily of merchants and commoners, suddenly stiffened its spine and called for an end to foreign wars.
Then, they offered ceasefire agreements to other nations. Countries like the Nova Empire finally had a chance to catch their breath. Only afterward did they learn that the Kree Empire had changed course because Supreme Intelligence had fallen dormant.
With Supreme Intelligence asleep, the empire could no longer control such vast territories and armies. Administrative efficiency plummeted, and problems arose in military command as well. They suffered defeat after defeat on the battlefield.
Beset by troubles within and without, people turned to the peace faction. Supreme Intelligence was branded a warmonger and was never awakened again.
Objectively speaking, Supreme Intelligence might have hijacked part of the population and dragged the Kree Empire into the whirlpool of war, but there was no denying that it had raised the empire's operational efficiency to a terrifying level and won it vast "living space."
From the standpoint of capability, its governing ability was beyond reproach.
