"Sir, something happened!"

Rob Lucci hung up the phone with a grim expression, stepped forward, and leaned close to Bald Zero's ear to whisper a few words.

"What?!"

Like Sengoku, upon learning of Kuma's betrayal, Bald Zero immediately thought of the Five Elders' reaction.

"Damn it!!"

As the Pacifista prototype, if Kuma was a traitor, then just how much classified government intelligence had been leaked during this period?!

Furthermore, because Kuma had voluntarily undergone human modification, the Five Elders had always trusted him deeply and assigned him many important missions.

The worse his reputation among pirates became, the more confidently the Five Elders used him.

But now, he was actually a traitor!

"Is there any way to get there and provide support?"

Zero asked quickly.

"No, it's too far away!"

Lucci shook his head with a bitter smile. "Even Admiral Kizaru and Vice Admiral Azure Dragon would need half a day to travel back and forth between Century City and the G-10 Branch. At our speed, by the time we get there, everything will probably already be settled."

Lucci was telling the truth. Even with airships crossing the skies, traveling such a long distance was no easy matter.

"Did something happen, gentlemen?"

Fujitora came down from the second floor carrying a stack of bills nearly twenty centimeters thick. Sensing the strange atmosphere in the air, he asked.

"Nothing. Just a minor matter."

Zero studied Fujitora with a scrutinizing gaze, suddenly feeling a strong sense of disgust toward these sanctimonious Shichibukai.

"Oh, I see."

Fujitora spoke calmly, then pointed at the bills.

"All the information you requested is here."

"Please rest assured, my business cooperates with Marine Headquarters. There has absolutely been no concealment whatsoever."

With that, Fujitora used his sword as a cane and turned away.
