By the time she reached the Vice Director's office, Nagayama Minoru had already poisoned himself. Tsunade questioned the light-blond-haired Medical Ninja beside her, who had just tried to save him.

Danzo let out a cold laugh. "Hiruzen, you are indeed an open and honorable man. But how do you know whether those clan members under your wings have been doing shady things behind your back in the name of you, the Hokage?"

The Third Hokage had nothing to say. He truly could not even discipline that rebellious kid Asuma.

His heart was too soft. He could not bear to use the rod on him.

Danzo warned, "Hiruzen, don't let Tsunade investigate any further. You'd better think this through. There are many more people I haven't written down. If they get dragged into this too, the entire village will be thrown into unrest."

When Tsunade went to the Yamanaka household, the entire Yamanaka Clan hid from her, until she caught Yamanaka Inoichi peeking from the side.

Tsunade handed the Third Hokage the Flowing Deficit she had uncovered earlier at Leaf Hospital.

"Old Man, take a look. This is the Konoha you lead. Who knows how many filthy, rotten things are hidden in the dark?"

The Third Hokage looked over Tsunade's investigation. Her investigation was clearly far more accurate than what Danzo had given him.

The Third Hokage's anger flared as he read, veins bulging on the back of his hand, but deep down he let out a heavy sigh.

"Tsunade, the culprits behind this matter are Root Members and Orochimaru, but the Sarutobi did it too!"

Tsunade narrowed her eyes and looked at the Third Hokage somewhat sternly. "Teacher, are you trying to make me stop investigating?"

The Third Hokage shook his head. "No. I have already had Shinnosuke investigate the Sarutobi. I guarantee that anyone who dares harm the Village Interests will be brought to justice."

"But Tsunade, do you think your clan participated? Before you came, the Director of Leaf Hospital was the Senju Clan Head."
