Shisui took out a letter of commission from the Hokage and handed it to Fugaku. He also asked, "Lord Fugaku, have the people in the Mist Village shown no reaction at all to the news about Madara Uchiha?"
Fugaku took it and opened it as he answered, "There's been some reaction. The people from the Mist Village have pulled back along the front and stopped fighting. They're probably out investigating the news."
