There were an unusually large number of dark, terrifying creatures gathered nearby, all hoping to use their power to control the Dark Zone and rule the entire planet.
But when they caught the scent of blood—especially the blood of a powerful fighter—
the creatures immediately licked their lips and headed this way. There were Dark Lizards, Dark Giant Pythons, and Dark Slayers.
There was no need to mention the lizards and pythons. The Dark Slayers were more humanoid, but their Combat Power was astonishingly high.
Son Goten made a rough estimate. This Slayer might have a Combat Power of tens of thousands.
But the stronger creatures hadn't come here. Perhaps the powerful beings in the dark space each had their own central territory, where some truly terrifying creatures were born.
After many of the lower-level creatures nearby had been hunted down, these high-level creatures gradually appeared, ruling the outskirts.
Who knew whether there were even stronger creatures farther in? Son Goten didn't care. He planted a foot on Dodoria's stomach, and with a pig-like shriek, grabbed him and tossed him beside a giant python.
The enormous snake writhed, naturally intending to swallow its prey whole.
Dodoria immediately saw a huge Black Shadow. With a roar, he suddenly fired an enormous energy blast from both hands, blasting the monster away.
But he was also badly injured in the explosion, flung aside and covered in blood.
Clap, clap, clap, clap!
The sound of applause came from nearby.
"Your reactions in battle are pretty good. I'm impressed. But you're my enemy. Maybe if you survive in this Dark Zone, you'll have what it takes to stay alive."
Son Goten touched the blood on his wound. Right, a tenfold Kaioken was simply too much to bear; his body was practically splitting apart.
He was
