Krillin found Bulma's behavior strange, but didn't think much of it. Just then, Ginyu spotted an unusual battle up ahead. "What's that?"
Krillin told him, "Goku and Frieza are over there." The moment Ginyu heard that Frieza was there, he grew excited and hurried to the edge of the cliff to take a look. Krillin was afraid she might get hurt, so he wouldn't let her go.
Ginyu was astonished. "Is that Lord Frieza?" Just then, lightning flashed and thunder boomed. A bolt struck Frieza directly, transforming into an Energy Wave of his own.
Frieza gazed at Son Goten. "What a shame. Such a shame. If you'd become my subordinate, you could have enjoyed a wonderful life every day." Meanwhile, Son Goten moved behind Frieza, waiting for a chance to strike.
Frieza slowly gathered ki in his hand, but it gradually faded away. "King Vegeta, Vegeta, and that Low-Class Warrior named Bardock—they were all a stubborn bunch."
The ki in Frieza's hand flared up again. "And that's why they lost their lives." Just then, the ki vanished once more. Ginyu, standing atop the mountain, was astonished.
"Incredible! Faced with that Saiyan's power, even Lord Frieza's body is reacting on its own. Incredible!" The others couldn't help but feel suspicious. "Bulma, what are you talking about?"
That was when Krillin noticed the little frog on the ground. Though the frog's mouth was full of croaks, Bulma herself understood him. "That's not me, that's a frog! I'm Bulma! Got it?"
Bulma looked frantic, but Krillin couldn't understand what she meant. He couldn't figure out what the frog was saying. He looked at the frog, then at Bulma.
Krillin suddenly realized what was going on. "Could it be... you're—?" The Bulma-frog was delighted that Krillin had understood. Krillin asked her, "Are you Ginyu?"
