Tien Shinhan was growing more and more worried. He shouted in every direction, "Bulma, where are you?" As he flew, he suddenly heard a loud noise in the distance.
Bulma was also shouting desperately in every direction from atop a mountain pillar that was about to collapse. The pillar was on the verge of crumbling. "No, no! I don't want to die here!" Just then, it collapsed, falling onto the platform below.
Bulma was on the island when it suddenly split apart, dropping her into the gap. At that moment, Tien Shinhan arrived and carried her to safety.
After catching Bulma, Tien Shinhan breathed a sigh of relief. Bulma was overjoyed, her emotions running high, but then she suddenly grew angry. "Tien Shinhan, thank goodness you finally came! Someone finally came to rescue me."

Tien Shinhan looked anxious. "I'll tell you later. We have to get out of here, quickly." Bulma was confused by what he said. "Get out of here? Where are we going?"
Bulma perked up. "I know! We'll leave in the spaceship you came in! We can go home! That's wonderful!"
Frieza gathered his strength once more. Chen charged straight at him, but Frieza's body suddenly began to change, and Chen stopped in his tracks.
Frieza's body grew more and more powerful, seeming to double in size. Chen could feel his strength rising, too. "Incredible. His ki keeps growing."
Frieza's muscles swelled, veins bulging across his body. The muscles in his limbs—and even his tail—became immensely powerful. Chen realized what was happening.
