Vegeta stood beside Son Goten. "Defeating Son Goten is my business. You worthless androids aren't going to get in my way." Krillin and the others saw that Vegeta had arrived.
They were all surprised to hear that Vegeta had come, but the one who was even more surprised was Piccolo, who had been lying on the ground. He suddenly opened his eyes. "Vegeta!" Even Goku was startled.
No. 19 saw Piccolo get back to his feet and couldn't believe it. I put on that act to distract them so I could rescue Goten, but Vegeta had to come stick his nose in!
Goku was still beside Piccolo, looking confused. "Piccolo, are you all right?" "Even if those guys are strong, they won't take me down that easily."
Vegeta spoke up. "I saw everything. You knew you weren't feeling well, yet you still turned into a Super Saiyan! Idiot. That'll only bring on your heart attack. In the end, my goal is to defeat you, Son Goten!"
As he spoke, he kicked Son Goten over to Piccolo. Goku hurriedly helped him up, and Krillin and the others flew over. "Goten, hang in there!"
Vegeta said to Goku and the others, "Take Son Goten home and have him drink the Special Medicine they brought earlier." Goku helped Son Goten up and prepared to take him home.
Just then, Yamcha stopped Goku. "It's embarrassing, but it looks like I'm the least useful one here." Piccolo watched as Yamcha prepared to take Son Goten away, then said to him, "This heart disease is caused by a virus. It might be contagious, so take some medicine too."
"Do your best, everyone. I'll definitely be back." With that, Yamcha flew off with Son Goten. "Goten, make sure you get better!" No. 19 watched them fly away
