Just as Cell turned around to speak to Vegeta, he suddenly noticed something in the distance. His eyes widened in surprise when he spotted Android 18, and he grew excited. "Android 18! I finally found you."
Trunks saw the strange look in Cell's eyes and sensed something was wrong. Following Cell's gaze, he spotted Android 18. "No! It's them! They're here!"
Cell's full attention was fixed on Android 18. "I found you, Android 18! So you were hiding here. Perfect! Now I can become Perfect Form."
"The moment when my power, speed, techniques, intelligence, and mental strength—all of it—become perfect has arrived! This time, I'll truly be invincible in the universe!" Cell began fantasizing about his future.
Trunks grew tense. "This is bad. They haven't noticed him at all!" Krillin was still facing off against Android 18, who looked at him in confusion. "Why pass up this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? What are you trying to do?"
Krillin couldn't bring himself to say anything. He seemed nervous and terribly embarrassed. He didn't want to say it, and didn't dare, either. "Don't keep staring at me!"
"Forget all that. Stop wasting time, or Cell will absorb you. Please, the fate of Earth is in your hands!" They were still fretting over what to do when—
Trunks shouted down at them from the air, "Cell's spotted you!" His warning snapped them to attention. They turned and saw Cell staring right at them. This was bad—everything had happened so suddenly.
Cell would never pass up this opportunity. He charged at Android 18 with all his might. Trunks was furious, too. "You're not becoming Perfect Form!" He took off at full speed in his Super Saiyan form.
But Vegeta watched from the side, thoroughly enjoying himself. "Perfect! The androids are right here!" He was still thinking
