With the treasure in hand, Sun Wukong stowed it in his bundle, reverted to his true form, dropped Princess Wan Sheng, and turned to leave.
Realizing she had been tricked, Princess Wan Sheng flew into a rage and hurried after him. But the fake Zhu Bajie swung his rake and knocked her down.
The princess immediately scrambled to her feet, wanting to take out her magical weapon and fight back. Sun Wukong spotted her movement at once and hastily threw a rope around her, binding her tight.
Once she was bound, Sun Wukong took her back to shore. Only Zhu Bajie was there. When he saw Princess Wan Sheng, he wanted to kill her, but Sun Wukong stopped him.
"Don't. Don't kill her yet. We'll take her to meet the king."
Bajie nodded, and the two of them took Princess Wan Sheng and flew back on clouds.
The next day, Sun Wukong and Zhu Bajie carried the treasure casket and brought Princess Wan Sheng to Jisai Nation.
Once they arrived, Sun Wukong sent Bajie to fetch the king and Tang Sanzang's party.
The king and Tang Sanzang arrived at the Golden Light Temple pagoda. Looking up, they saw Wukong place the Sarira Buddha Treasure in the jeweled vase atop the pagoda. Then he brought out Princess Wan Sheng and made her assume her Dragon Form, coiling around a pillar to guard the pagoda.
Unwilling to accept her defeat, Princess Wan Sheng still wanted to fight back. Just then, Ye Chen arrived, carrying the head of the Nine-Headed Insect.
He said to Princess Wan Sheng, "Open your eyes and take a good look. What more do you have to fight for? You'd better surrender peacefully."
Seeing the Nine-Headed Insect's head, Princess Wan Sheng knew her cause was lost. She obediently followed
