Then he would keep using it. Most importantly, he wasn't sure the Energy Points he had left would be enough to perfectly upgrade his Super Dodon Ray.
But once it reached perfect proficiency, at least all of Hole Hole Wave's attributes would improve.
Son Goten hurried outside. Hovering in the sky, he fired beams nonstop from all ten fingers. But only when he reached a certain level of Combat Power could he directly increase his proficiency by one point.
If he was merely trying to use the skill quickly, even firing off Hole Hole Wave several times in a row wouldn't increase his proficiency by a single point.
Son Goten continued charging up and firing, practicing his Hole Hole Wave. Beams flew everywhere, and the entire narrow valley was filled with flashes of light.
The bald demon couldn't even raise his head. He was practically wailing inside. The little boy in front of him really was like a monster, raining down beams as if they cost nothing.
Every time one struck him, it left a wound, and the burns caused him excruciating pain.
