The last match featured the Man in Black, who was up against Chiaotzu, a strange fighter who used unusual Psychic Power in combat. He wasn't very tall, and had always been exceedingly frail. In fact, his whole appearance was almost zombie-like.
But when Chiaotzu entered the arena, the tremendous mental energy radiating from him was something even Sun Wukong could sense. It seemed that those who fought using Psychic Power in this world truly were extraordinary. Still, Psychic Power was useless against absolute strength.
Of course, if you possessed immense strength, Psychic Power could produce even more powerful effects. The two complemented each other. It had always been that way.
As soon as Chiaotzu entered the arena, he thrust both hands forward. Hovering in the air, he used his Psychic Power to try to restrain his opponent's movements. The Man in Black did indeed stop moving.
The Man in Black seemed as immovable as a mountain, which was truly surprising. What sort of power was he relying on? Everyone was making all sorts of guesses when the Man in Black began to slowly move forward.

Tien shouted anxiously. Even Chiaotzu himself was surprised. He had clearly used his tremendous mental energy to control his opponent's movements, yet the man was still slowly approaching.
When he got close, the man suddenly brought two beams of light out from beneath his cloak. From the looks of it, they had shot from his eyes.
They struck Chiaotzu in an instant and sent him flying. Even with the unusual combat ability of the Flight Technique, he was still slammed by the twin beams into a nearby building. With a crash, it collapsed completely, and Chiaotzu passed out.
